OnPoint Loyalty Conference branding & experience design

OnPoint is an annual executive loyalty conference hosted by Kobie Marketing designed to educate, motivate, and inspire C-suite leaders, SVPs, and top executives on emerging industry trends. The conference identity bridges strategy and wordplay: "On Point" signifies industry relevance and trend forecasting, while "Point" represents the core earn-value proposition of consumer loyalty programs.

The Challenge

Because the conference was a new experience for the marketing team, the challenge was developing a sophisticated yet approachable brand identity for a high-level executive audience. Held at the historic Grand Hotel, the brand needed to balance corporate authority with an energetic, light, and lively atmosphere.

The Solution

I developed a vibrant, cohesive visual system that established a fun, engaging energy across all event touch points. The branding set a welcoming and dynamic tone, fostering an environment optimized for networking, education, and executive-level alignment.

On-site conference collateral

To ensure a seamless and engaging attendee journey, a comprehensive suite of physical and digital assets was developed for the event. This included large-scale directional signage, custom invitations, guest and speaker identification materials, as branded stationery that unified the entire conference experience.

“On Point in a Box” direct-mail welcome package

Due to the covid restrictions, Kobie’s annual conference needed to be restructured to become a remote experience. With the new update in mind, we designed “On Point in a Box”, a virtual conference neatly packaged for each client to receive in the mail. In this packet, we included a branded t-shirt, an invitation explaining how the remote sessions would work, and a digital card with video content that gave an overview of what this years remote conference had in store.
